The need for the development of non-formal education pathways in the form of educational tourist attractions related to floriculture and land use planning in Baturiti sub-district serves as the tourism-related backdrop for the planning and design of the Floriculture Agrotourism Development Project in Candikuning Village, Baturiti sub-district. The Floriculture Agrotourism in Candikuning Village offers a series of agricultural activities packaged in an enjoyable manner, featuring natural landscapes such as gardens and mountains, which can stimulate visitors' interest in the world of agriculture and enhance their sensitivity toward the natural environment, landscapes, and flora. The objective of this study is to identify the aspects considered in the development of agrotourism, including the implementation of the edutourism concept, the selection of cultivated plant species, the application of the latest techniques and technologies in floriculture cultivation, as well as the social-cultural and natural environmental conditions of the surrounding area. The research method used is descriptive analysis by comparing and synthesizing primary data with literature reviews on the application of edutourism in agrotourism, resulting in planning and design concepts. The research results include spatial concepts, mass composition, circulation, structure, utilities, and landscape. Active and passive educational tourism activities in agrotourism are supported by factory tours, museums, libraries, greenhouses, and laboratories. Recreational activities are supported by flower and art parades, bus tours, garden displays, and floriculture cultivation gardens. Supporting facilities for the economic sector include retail and garden shops as venues for buying and selling floriculture-processed products and souvenirs
